This cheese has a real presence as do the majestic oak trees of Mossvale Park. A recipe after a gorgonzola style, this cheese has a lingering, full mouth assault on the senses. Heavily veined and aged for 3 months.
About Berrys Creek
Sustained quality in cheese production is the hallmark of cheese maker, Barry Charlton. This is proudly echoed in the extensive tally of awards since 2007 when two driven cheese-lovers, Barry and his partner, Cheryl, embarked on their vision to establish an artisan cheese company. This vision was enhanced by their connection with local Mossvale Park and their proud family heritage in South Gippsland, Victoria.
Coupled with these factors are Barry’s 44 years of experience in cheese making and his unique brand of creativity. The overall result allows Barry to intuitively read the conditions associated with handling a natural product and so develop distinctive styles of cheese.

We have a minimum order value of $50 for delivery so we can keep our delivery fees as low as possible or even Free if you are close by. So if you want to enjoy our $20 Toastie Twin pack, you will need to order some cheese as well to get the total order value up to $50.
It's FREE delivery if you are within 10km of the Queen Victoria Market. It's $10 between 10-20km or $20 between 20-30km. We may be able to deliver between 30-40km for $30 so just ask but we cannot deliver beyond 40km. (Regional Victoria can be sent by Express Post).
* We will try for next day delivery wherever possible (sometimes we can even deliver same day so just ask). Please specify your preferred date and time. The Market is closed on Monday and Wednesday so we cannot prepare your order on these days. If you would like same day delivery your order would need to be submitted before 7am and we will try to deliver in the afternoon.

You are able to pick-up your order during our operating days and hours ONLY at RIPE, Shop 41/42, Dairy Hall, Queen Victoria Market:
- Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7am-2pm
- Saturday: 7am-2pm
- Sunday: 9am-2pm
We do not provide this service on Monday & Wednesday.
