We are the only all Australian artisanal cheese shop in the world located in the Dairy Hall at the iconic Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne. Founded in 2019 by Hakim Halim, a Singaporean
lactose-intolerant cheesemonger who found his calling by championing local Australian produce.
We were recently awarded Small Business of the Year 2023 by the Lord Mayor of Melbourne
and Australian Good Food Guide Readers' Choice.
